SUMMER RESIDENCE

Area: 420 sq.m.
The building was designed so as to achieve the best possible views of the sea,
while at the same time taking into account the microclimate of the area thus
optimising its energy efficiency. The house is developed on three levels, each
one being independent of the others and communicating vertically through a
central core containing the staircase and elevator, while also being able to
function as a single house. The swimming pool and the landscape are designed so
as to blend with the steep site by using multiple levels separated by dry stone
walls, a technique used in the Greek Islands’ vernacular architecture.
